Love the outdoor sitting area.. Relaxing with soft music playing in the background. Portions are a good size and free refills and coffee :)

I rarely write reviews, but this place frustrates me so much. It's nice to have a rapid-order pickup available, which I use frequently at various locations. THIS location apparently can't seem to get it right. Every time I order for rapid-order pickup, it's not ready. EVERY TIME. Sometimes, I'll show up 20 minutes after placing the order and they haven't even begun my order. I love Panera Bread, but this location sucks. I won't be going back.

The older members of the staff do an excellent job, but the tweeners just don't seem to care much for the pride of their work, or anything else for that matter! Up the pay for employees and bring in people who actually try!

  • Emily T.

I had a helpful staff member direct me to where my pick up was. I always appreciate when someone stops what they're doing and walk with you to what you're looking for. I chose the you pick two, it was delicious!

Service was slow. But mainly 2 stars because I had to hear an employee by the name of Jacob complain how one day a whole bunch of people came in at 8:30 and how he didn't mind except for the fact people got an attitude when their food didn't come out on time. I'm sorry isn't the customer allowed to feel some type of way about their food coming out "on time". I also sat and watched while Jacob performed a jig. If he wasn't dancing so much maybe food would come out on time.

Could've swore they gave me dirty cup with faded letters my boyfriend politely asked him to change the large lemonade the guy said there's nothing wrong with it and poured it in a new cup . This was on July 5th at 6:15 he was wearing a green shirt looked like a manager and had a short hair cut . They put my plate on the table and didn't even call out my name I had to look up there and see if it was mine . Poor service . Decent food but there breads always cold and chewy as hell .

The 441 location has the worst customer service in the morning. They are rude , disorganized slow and pathetic! Need a new training to learn how to serving e public better.

Here again for my bacon turkey bravo....Sooo good! Great service with no wait. Very clean Inside and prices are very fair. Great place for lunch!

The most pathetic customer service EVER. I usually love Panera Bread but this was terrible. Since when does a cashier talk down to a customer? I don't think so. Oh and another thing, you're supposed to call out the drink you've made for a customer so they know when to pick it up. Not let it sit behind the counter and get watery and then when they ask for it say they wont give you a new one! LAME LAME LAME don't go here.

Their broth bowls are a huge hit; loaded with goodies and lots of broth to soak up with the bread that accompanies it. The Sweetened Iced Tea is a winner; only 90 calories per 16 oz and very yummy. Wish they had more healthy snacks for the sweet tooth folks. The peach pecan muffin was muy delicioso but who's got 510 calories to spare on a 6 oz snack when you're trying to watch the pounds. Might also mention that their popular competitor has TONS of healthy yummy snacks; low fat yogurt parfaits, fruit cups, egg white sandwiches to name a few. But overall, well worth it.

The food is good but they don't bother to clean the tables. On a Friday night there were only like 5 parties in there but almost every empty table was empty. With so few customers, I know they had time to clean them.

Most dreadful Panera bread I've ever been too- bitching brainless teenagers behind the counter, dirty floor, crying babies....

Today was Easter Sunday and I stopped by Panera Bread at the corner of Wiles Road and State Road 7 (441) in Coral Springs near to Coconut Creek (Florida) for a bite ... an afternoon snack. Did I mention it was Easter Sunday? As I walked in I noticed a Manager type behind the counter. He began to instruct his employees with a voice of authority but about ten (10) seconds into his "pep talk" he burst into 'It's ALMOST OVER ...Thank God! ... only about an hour left." I was so shocked by his lack of Hospitality to me, who had just entered the store, and to the handful of other customers there on Easter who ALSO apparently weren't welcome there. I ordered something (a fudge brownie) that was so-so, ate it there even though I did not feel welcome in there, and left. My opinion on Panera's brownie is that Fudge Brownies are less preferable to me than "regular" brownies and that I prefer square brownies over Panera's rectangular brownies. Not a bad brownie but it could also have been fresher.

Love the bacon turkey bravo sandwich! My friend ordered Mac & cheese and got a tiny piece of bread with it, I guess no big deal. I also had their frozen lemonade which was just ok, nothing to rave about. There was 2 people ahead of us but somehow we ended up waiting like 15 minutes to get our simple order. The restaurant was clean however the staff was nothing more then someone taking your order and handing it to you, nothing stood out to me about this location.

I remember panera being so much better, came here with my fiancée to have a tomato soup. It was cold and flavorless, didn't come with the side of bread like it used to. It was a bad experience

This is the first time I've been to this particular location. I had the chicken and fresh avocado salad. It was pretty tasty, but I wasn't crazy for the vinaigrette dressing(too tangy). I think the prices are a tad overpriced here, but the food is good. I would come back here and try a different salad or soup. The sandwiches are very good too.

I love Panera for three reasons: 1. Bacon turkey bravo sandwich- it is served on the perfect sundried tomato bread that has a slight sweetness to the crust, and the bread is always soft and amazing, and I don't know exactly what bravo sauce is, but I would put it on anything. 2. Broccoli cheddar soup-creamy and cheddary without being thick and gross...best eaten with bread...or in a you pick two combo with a bacon turkey bravo 3. Cinnamon crunch bagels- this bagel has a cinnamon sugar topping baked onto it and it crackles and makes a perfect sweet/crunch coating. I don't even want to think about what this does to one's blood sugar first thing in the morning though...I guess it's kind of a dessert bagel...if that is a thing. I also have to giver honorable mentions to the baked potato soup and the black bean soup (I think these are only served on a weekly rotation). Service at this Panera was friendly and quick.

The worst customer service ever. My macaroni was straight from the cooler! When my husband went to get a new order--they simply put the bowl in the microwave in front of him! We got a refund. Ain't nobody for time for that! Sheesh!!

do not eat here. staff member's are rude. they do say hello when you walk in. the place is disgusting honestly. tables not cleaned off. i had to ask for a new spoon cause the spoon i was given by a person had food stuck on it. the staff doesn't care. the best part was my boyfriend had a fly in his food wings still attached and all. manager basically said it wasn't their fault be cause the greens come from a commissary.

I love Panera Bread and look for them. The food is always fresh and the staff is so so personable. All of their soups are delicious and I love their coffee. I love when I use my panera card and get free goodies...oh and their sweets to die for...my favorite carrot cake cupcake.

I'm extremely disappointed with their choice to change their chicken noodle recipe. I used to love the big fluffy, thick noodles. It was the ONLY chicken noodle I would order out. Now they replaced their awesome noodles with paper thin, flavorless squares of "noodles". The chicken improved a bit, but everything else just tasted bland. On a higher note, I love their bread, all of it! It's just like candy to me, I can't stop myself from munching through an entire baguette! My favorite soup (and probably the only soup I will get from now on) is their black bean soup. Let's hope they don't try to "improve" that....Their sandwiches are mediocre, I'd rather pay the same price for a bigger, fresher and tastier sub from Publix or LaSpada's! :D They're breakfast is mediocre as well. Strange to me to have an egg sandwich on foccacia or a baguette? But their bagels are great! For the sugar lovers the best for you is the cinnamon crunch bagel (too sweet for me), I love the french toast bagel and it sucks that only once a month they have the best bagel: Cherry vanilla! Yum! Their hazelnut cream cheese is melt in your mouth and if you don't like the sweet stuff: I enjoy the Asiago cheese bagel! =] Better place to hit up than those other fast food joints being that it's healthier.

This panera is in a nice plaza with a super Target with a gamestop and pollo tropical. It doesn't get too crowded only during lunch hours there's a line. You should get the 2 for 2 you can get a sandwich and salad or soup and I get the artichoke and turkey panini half sandwich and a Greek salad. The Asian salad comes with crunch noodles and the Greek one comes with feta cheese and olives. It's a pretty big size and it comes with a bag of chips if you don't want a bread. You can get a cup of water with lemon or a smoothie or a lemondade. They have free WiFi so you can browse while you eat! The coffee is good and all you can drink!
